Abstract

[ES]En esta tesis se trata el fenómeno de la desindividualización del Derecho de daños. Se elabora un concepto de esta forma de daño, precisando la mejor forma así como su alcance y límites, estudiando sus efectos. Finalmente se realiza un breve vistazo del derecho latioamericano y anglosajón, así como un análisis comparatista con mención al esfuerzo continental que son los Principios del Derecho Europeo de Responsabilidad Civil".

[EN]This thesis deals with the phenomenon of the de-individualization of the law of damages. It develops a concept of this form of damage, stating the best way and the scope and limits, studying their effects. Finally, a brief glimpse of latioamericano and Anglo-Saxon law, and comparative analysis with reference to continental effort are the "Principles of European Law of Civil Responsibility."
