| es_ES |
dc.description.abstract | [EN] In this dissertation maneuvers and techniques testernotomía performed during the pre, during and after surgery and that could influence the sternal stability and consolidation. This thesis has been encauzarado in two lines: clinical and experimental. In the first part, a collection of possible causes deeper into those that can act during surgery, and sternal perfusion and type of closure. The second is analyzed experimentally the mechanism of dehiscence and as acting from a biomechanical point of view the different forces that put the sternotomy is trying to establish whether the complication in question happens to bone failure or materials used at closing. Then be performed an experimental model with a provision of traction system described in previous studies, but more physiological, to analyze the resistance sternum and the wires to different forces with different closures. | |
