Diseño y evaluación de un modelo de formación de profesores de español a través de las TIC en Brasil

Abstract

[ES]La reciente aprobación, por el Parlamento del Brasil del proyecto de ley que establece la obligación de ofrecer la asignatura de lengua española a todos los colegios del país que imparten la enseñanza, desbloquea un proyecto de enorme trascendencia. El Parlamento prevé que se aplique la Ley progresivamente hasta 2010. De la magnitud del esfuerzo que supondrá la aplicación de la Ley da idea un dato: las secretarías de Educación de los 26 Estados del país van a tener que convocar plazas para contratar alrededor de 200.000 profesores de español. La oferta del idioma español será obligatoria por parte de las escuelas dentro del horario escolar, pero los alumnos no estarán obligados a cursarla. Se ha elegido esta fórmula para evitar que la obligatoriedad para los alumnos pudiera ser considerada inconstitucional.

[EN]The recent approval, by the Parlament of the Brazil of the law project that establishes the obligation to offer the subject of Spanish language to all the schools of the country which they distribute education, unblocks a project of enormous importance. The Parlament anticipates that the Law is applied progressively until 2010. Of the magnitude of the effort that will suppose the application of the Law gives to idea a data: the secretariats of Education of the 26 States of the country are going to have to summon seats to contract around 200,000 professors of Spanish. The supply of the Spanish language will be obligatory on the part of the schools within the scholastic schedule, but the students will not be forced to attend it. This formula has been chosen to avoid that the obligatory nature for the students could be considered unconstitutional.
