Influencia de las tensiones y deformaciones residuales en la fragilización por Hidrógeno de acero Eutectoide Trefilado

Abstract

[ES] Esta tesis trata de la determinación del papel que juegan los estados tensodeformacionales residuales en los procesos de fragilización por hidrógeno (FH) de los aceros de alta resistencia. Este análisis se ha realizado bajo dos enfoques diferentes. En el primero se analizan los estados tenso-deformacionales residuales producidos por el trefilado que vienen determinados por las condiciones en las que se realiza el proceso de conformación del alambre. Por otro lado, el segundo enfoque permite analizar la influencia de los estados tensodeformacionales producidos por precargas en alambres entallados.

[EN] This thesis deals with the determination of the role of residual tensodeformacionales states in the processes of hydrogen embrittlement (FH) of high strength steels. This analysis has been carried out under two different approaches. In the first analyze the residual stress-strain states caused by the drawing that are determined by the conditions under which we carry out the process of forming the wire. On the other hand, the second approach to analyze the influence of the states produced by preload tensodeformacionales notched wires.
