Síndrome de la respuesta inflamatoria sistémica experimental inducida por Zymosan A, su regulación con Celecoxib®

Abstract

[ES] El tratamiento con Celecoxib® en un modelo experimental de síndrome de la respuesta inflamatoria sistémica, con traslocación bacteriana y fallo multiorgánico, inducida por Zymosan A, regulará la respuesta inflamatoria disminuyendo la misma y el fallo multiorgánico consecuente. Los objetivos de dicha tesis son: 1. Objetivar la respuesta inflamatoria, la traslocación bacteriana y el fallo multiorgánico en el modelo experimental planteado. 2. Valorar las alteraciones en los mediadores bioquímicos de la respuesta inflamatoria. 3. Estudiar la interacción leucocito-endotelio y sus consecuencias. 4. Estudiar el grado de lesión renal. 5. Demostrar la efectividad del tratamiento propuesto.

[EN] Celecoxib ® treatment in an experimental model of syndrome of systemic inflammatory response, with bacterial translocation and multiple organ failure induced by Zymosan A, regulate the inflammatory response itself and decreasing the subsequent multiple organ failure. The objectives of this thesis are: 1 . To evaluate the inflammatory response, bacterial translocation and multiple organ failure in the experimental model proposed. 2. To evaluate the alterations in the biochemical mediators of the inflammatory response. 3. Studying leukocyte-endothelium interaction and its consequences. 4. Studying the degree of renal injury. 5. To demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed treatment.
