La negociación colectiva en la Administración Pública. Un estudio jurídico de los sistemas de España y Portugal.

Abstract

[ES]El presente trabajo de investigación sobre la negociación colectiva en la Administración Pública de Portugal y de España, se ha fundamentado en el papel transcendental que la negociación colectiva ha tenido como factor de paz social y progreso en la sociedad post-industrial, y que aún tiene en este momento y que tendrá en el futuro, en el espacio global en el que Portugal y España se encuentran , la Unión Europea, motivado por el tipo de servicios que las respectivas Administraciones Públicas ofrecen a los ciudadanos, en sociedad con el mundo empresarial, en la defensa y prosecución de sus derechos constitucionalmente apuntados en las respectivas constituciones, derechos que los trabajadores de la Administración Pública también tienen, salvaguardando el interés público, que debe orientar la actividad del Estado.
