La comarca de Toro durante la II República y el Primer Franquismo (1931-1945)

Abstract

[ES] La presente investigación de tesis doctoral, La comarca de Toro durante la II República y el Primer Franquismo (1931-1945), pretende analizar los acontecimientos y fenómenos de la retaguardia nacionalista durante la Guerra Civil española (1936-1939) y durante el Primer Franquismo (1939-1945) en las localidades del Partido Judicial de Toro y, en perspectiva comparativa, algunas localidades seleccionadas del Partido Judicial de Fuentesaúco y del Partido Judicial de Zamora, todas ellas de la provincia de Zamora. A este conjunto de poblaciones lo hemos denominado Comarca de Toro, puesto que componen un conjunto interrelacionado de localidades por lazos comerciales, económicos, culturales y humanos, además de compartir el mismo espacio físico y presentar una notable continuidad geográfica entre los distintos términos municipales. Este conjunto de localidades, además de compartir características económicas, políticas y sociales, nos sirve para investigar los hechos ocurridos en la retaguardia nacionalista y las actuaciones realizadas por los sublevados. Es en este ámbito de análisis microsocial en el que podemos conocer los fenómenos políticos, sociales, económicos y culturales concretos que se producen en el bando sublevado primero y en el nuevo régimen después y que con un análisis macro sería sumamente complicado acometer por su amplitud y por la falta de cercanía a los hechos concretos.

[EN] This doctoral thesis, The Toro region during the Second Republic and the Prime Franco (1931-1945), aims to analyze the events and phenomena in the rear nationalist during the Spanish Civil War (1936-1939) and during the First Franco (1939-1945) at the sites of the Judicial de Toro and in comparative perspective, some selected locations in the Judicial District of Fuentesaúco and the Judicial District of Zamora, all of the province of Zamora. This group of people we have called Comarca de Toro, as an interrelated set up locations for trade ties, economic, cultural and human, and share the same physical space and present a notable geographical continuity between the various municipalities. This set of locations, and share economic characteristics, political and social, we used to investigate the events at the rear of nationalism and the actions taken by the rebels. It is in this area of micro-analysis in which we know of political, social, economic and cultural rights that occur in the rebellious side first and then the new regime and that with a macro analysis would be extremely difficult to undertake because of its size and by the lack of closeness to the facts.
