Abstract: In this article we seek to meditate about the integration of the computer technologies in the university faculty’s educational activity and, therefore, in the competitions that this will possess to apply these resources efficiently in the didactic action. In consequence, it is important to analyze the formative necessities and the type of competitions required in the university faculty. On the other hand, we will make special incidence in the use of the ICT like a support element for the educational one in the progressive incorporation to the European Space of Higher Education,likewise, we will show an experience of center innovative of this tendency inside the University of Salamanca.
[ES] En este artículo pretendemos reflexionar acerca de la integración de las tecnologías informáticas en la actividad docente del profesorado universitario y, por lo tanto, en las competencias que éste habrá de poseer para aplicar eficientemente estos recursos en el acto didáctico. En consecuencia, es importante analizar las necesidades formativas y el tipo de competencias requeridas en el profesorado universitario. Por otra parte, haremos especial incidencia en el uso de las TIC como un elemento de apoyo para el docente en la progresiva incorporación al Espacio Europeo de Educación Superior, así mismo, mostraremos una experiencia de centro dinamizador de esta tendencia dentro de la Universidad de Salamanca.
