A ello, agregamos la repercusión de lo que puede suponer el Espacio Europeo de Educación Superior y el Grado de Enfermería. Añadiendo un elemento fundamental, los Estilos de Aprendizaje, tratando de averiguar la asociación que puede producirse con las anteriores variables. Partimos de una revisión conceptual y metodológica de amplios conceptos: Teorías de Aprendizaje, TICs, Enfermería y los Estilos de Aprendizaje. El marco teórico extraído, nos sirve de base para llevar a cabo un trabajo empírico con los alumnos de Enfermería de la Universidad de Salamanca (circunscrito a tres Escuelas Universitarias: Ávila, Salamanca y Zamora). Un planteamiento metodológico descriptivo, seguido de un análisis correlacional y comparativo-causal, utilizamos dos instrumentos de recogida de datos: Un cuestionario elaborado ad hoc, que recoge información que identifique el grado de penetración y uso de las TICs en los alumnos que cursan estudios de Enfermería, y el segundo es el CHAEA: Cuestionario Honey-Alonso sobre Estilos de Aprendizaje. Se aplica a una muestra opinática de libre disposición, compuesta de 299 sujetos, pertenecientes a los tres cursos que constituyen la Diplomatura Universitaria de Enfermería. A los datos obtenidos, y tratados mediante SPSS, se le aplican diferentes técnicas estadísticas: descriptivas, análisis factorial, análisis cluster, regresión múltiple… Algunas de las conclusiones: la variable sexo no presenta muchas manifestaciones diferenciales en cualquiera de los ámbitos estudiados; poco frecuente la utilización de las TICs en la docencia; grado de conocimientos y el dominio de las TICs, por los alumnos, parece adecuado; tienen moderadas expectativas sobre la importancia de las TICs; Estilo de Aprendizaje de los estudiados mantiene una tendencia con predominio del Estilo Reflexivo; hay relación entre los Estilos de Aprendizaje y dominio de las TICs, no existe una tendencia definida entre los mismos. En definitiva, la investigación realizada nos ha proporcionado datos relevantes sobre el tema de estudio, datos a considerar en la docencia a los alumnos de Enfermería. [EN] Taking as the starting point Carl Rogers postulate ‘the need for continuing education', we have established a connection between Information and Communication Technologies and the university context on the one hand, and the possible repercussions that the new European Higher Education Area may have on the Degree in Nursing on the other. We have included a new variable, Learning Styles, trying to find the relationship that may occur among the afore-mentioned variables. We start from a conceptual and methodological revision of some broad concepts: Learning Theories, ICTs, Nursing and Learning Styles. The theoretical framework thus obtained serves as a basis to carry out some empirical work on Nursing students from the University of Salamanca (a degree which is taught at three university campuses: Ávila, Salamanca and Zamora). We take a methodological descriptive approach, followed by a correlational and comparative-causal analysis. We have used two instruments: a questionnaire devised for this study, which gathers information to identify the use of ICTs by the Nursing students. The second is the CHAEA: the Honey-Alonso Questionnaire on Learning Styles. These were administered to a random opinion sample of 299 individuals, enrolled in the three-year degree in Nursing. To the data obtained, stored in a data base and treated through SPSS, different statistical tecniques have been applied: descriptive, contrast, factor analysis, cluster analysis, multiple regression. Some of the findings are: The sex variable does not present many differential manifestations in any of the fields studied. The use of ICTs in teaching is infrequent. The command of the ICTs by the students is adequate. They hold moderate views on the importance of the ICTs. The individual learning styles show a predominance towards the Reflexive style. There is no relationship between the Learning Styles and command of ICTs, nor is there a correlation between them.
