2. Explorar la localización subcelular de la proteína endógena.&#xd;
3. Saber qué parte de la nueva proteína es responsable de la inducción de la autofagia e investigar si este dominio es también suficiente para la inducción de la autofagia.&#xd;
4. Estudiar la participación de mediadores centrales de la vía macroautofagia convencionales en el proceso de autofagia.</description>
<description>[EN] This thesis has among its objectives: 1. Study whether the properties of the novel protein as an autophagy inducer represent a general phenomenon.&#xd;
2. Explore the subcellular location of the endogenous protein.&#xd;
3. Find out which part of the novel protein is responsible for autophagy induction and investigate whether this domain is also sufficient for autophagy induction.&#xd;
4. Study the involvement of central mediators of the conventional macroautophagy pathway in the autophagic process.</description>
