[ES] Este Trabajo de Fin de Grado aborda la problemática de la eutanasia, haciendo
mención al derecho a la vida, a la dignidad y a la libertad humana, como práctica no
exenta de discusión. Por ello procedemos al estudio de las diferentes regulaciones que
pueden tener lugar jurídicamente sobre esta práctica, analizando luego la regulación que
está vigente en España, tanto su tratamiento constitucional como el penal, sobre este
asunto, en comparación con otros países del mundo.
[EN] The present Final Grade Project addresses the issue of euthanasia, and makes explicit reference to the right to life, human dignity and freedom, as a not-withoutcontroversy practice. Therefore, we carried out the study of different legal arrangements about this practice, analyzing aferwards the legislation in force in Spain, both
constitutional and penal treatments, in comparison with other countries of the world.
