Reflexiones sobre la naturaleza de la lógica en Kant Palau, Gladys Silogismo Verdad Lógica Reglas necesarias Conocimiento Syllogism Logical Truth Necessary Rules Knowledge [ES] En la actualidad persiste la polémica entre aquellos que sostienen la existencia de verdades lógicas en tanto «hechos u objetos lógicos» y aquellos que piensan que la lógica está constituida por «reglas» cuya naturaleza permite la preservación de una propiedad bajo un grupo particular de transformaciones. En el presente trabajo tenemos como objetivo fundamental hurgar acerca de esta problemática en la concepción kantiana de la lógica desde una perspectiva histórico-constructiva. Para ello, comenzaremos esbozando las contribuciones más significativas realizadas en el dominio de las investigaciones lógicas previas al enfoque de Kant, a fin de elucidar si este filósofo ha introducido algunos cambios significativos respecto de la naturaleza de la lógica. [EN] Currently, it persists an argument between those who defend the existence of logical truths, understood as “logical facts or objects”, and those who think that logic consists of “rules”, the nature of which allows for the preservation of a property under a particular group of transformations. This paper has basically the purpose of rummaging about these problems through the Kantian conception of logic from a historical-constructive perspective.
