[ES] El presente estudio pretende investigar situaciones de bullying/ciberbullying en la muestra objetivo además de proporcionar información sobre este fenómeno escolar que provoca tantas consecuencias negativas y tiene un gran impacto en el desarrollo de los adolescentes y en el clima escolar. Los objetivos del trabajo han sido identificar la posible presencia de situaciones de acoso en la muestra, así como identificar sus consecuencias en víctimas, agresores y observadores y analizar la posible asociación entre el acoso y variables sociales, contextuales y personales. Para realizar el estudio se ha contado con una muestra compuesta por 138 alumnos de 1º y 4º de eso de un colegio concertado de la ciudad de Salamanca, tanto hombres como mujeres. Los instrumentos aplicados han sido el Cuestionario de Violencia Escolar – Revisado (CUVE-R), Cuestionario de Evaluación de Dificultades Interpersonales en la Adolescencia y el Cuestionario de Evaluación de Desajuste Psicológico. Esperábamos encontrar presencia de acoso y mayor desajuste en las personas implicadas en estas situaciones. Los resultados obtenidos indican que existe acoso escolar en nuestra muestra y sus consecuencias negativas en el desarrollo personal de los implicados. Estos resultados avalan la importancia que tiene prevenir el bullying/ciberbullying en las escuelas para evitar el desajuste psicológico de los adolescentes que lo sufren, sus agresores y los observadores. [EN] This study aims to investigate different bullying/cyberbullying situations in a sample, apart from providing information about this scholar phenomenon that causes several harmful consequences in schools. The objectives of the work have been the following: identifying the possible presence of harassment situations in the sample, checking its consequences among victims, aggressors and observers, and analyzing the possible relation between bullying and social, contextual and personal factors. The sample in which the study has been carried out was composed by 138 students from 1º and 4º ESO, men and women, from a privately-owned but state-funded school in Salamanca. Several instruments have been applied: School Violence Survey – Reviewed (CUVE-R), Evaluation Survey about Interpersonal Difficulties during the Teen Years and Psychological Imbalance Evaluation Survey. We expected finding bullying situations and wider psychological imbalance among the people implied in those situations. The results show that there is harassment in our sample and proves harmful effects on the personal development of the affected. They also endorse the importance of preventing bullying and cyberbullying in schools in order to avoid de psychological imbalance of teenagers that suffer it, as well as aggressors and observers.
