Ha elaborado un modelo de terapia que pretende ser integrador, partiendo de una base psicoanalítica pero fundamentándose en sus conocimientos sobre las ciencias psicológicas, antropológicas, la lingüística, el derecho y la teología. A la luz de la multiplicidad de modelos de intervención existentes y emergentes en los últimos años, éste se erige proponiendo un proceso terapéutico integrativo, centrado en las personas y en una articulación fásica clara que da cabida a todas ellas. Haciéndonos eco de esta propuesta, este trabajo pretende analizar y comprender la articulación fásica y el modelo terapéutico dialytico-hologénico a partir de una revisión de la propia literatura escrita por nuestro autor. Planteamos tres cuestiones previas necesarias (fundamentación, base y definición del modelo) para desengranar éste en sus fases y dotar a cada una de ellas de entidad y protagonismo. Entre los resultados encontramos el desglose de la articulación terapéutica y los aspectos más importantes de los posicionamientos terapéuticos. Como último broche, se concluye la necesidad de las intervenciones integradoras y adaptadas a la concreción de los casos así como el potencial teórico y práctico que otorga la antropología a la psicología. Finalmente se añaden las implicaciones para el Psicólogo General Sanitario, que abarcan desde un conocimiento sistematizado del proceso terapéutico hasta claves de cada una de sus fases, como pueden ser las clasificaciones de silencios, o resistencias, o las razones por las que los casos pueden parecer no mejorar en un tiempo dado. Esto, sumado a las enseñanzas del profesor Luis Cencillo, dotan al Psicólogo General Sanitario de un modelo terapéutico que permiten ampliar su esquema de la psicoterapia y de conocimientos prácticos que ayudarán en su práctica, tanto en sus inicios como a lo largo de su carrera. [EN] Luis Cencillo is, among others, one of the greatest scholars of the spanish psychotherapy. He has developed a therapy model that aims to be integrative, standing on a psychoanalitic base, but having its foundation on psychology, antrophology, linguistics, law and theology. With all the existent and emerging intervention models in mind, this one makes itself a place proposing an integrative therapeutic process, aimed for people, with an open place to make room for them all. Echoing this proposal, the aim of this review is to analyze and comprehend the phasic articulation and the dialityc-hologenic therapetic model after reviewing our author own’s literature. We come up with three previous matters (foundation, base and definition of the model) to disengage it in its phases, giving them entity and protagonism. Amont the results we find up the therapeutic articulation and the most important aspects of the therapeutic moments. As a final touch, we conclude the necessity of the integrative and adapted to the people intervention, as the theoretical and practical potential which the antrophoogy gives to the psychology. Finally, implications for the Psicólogo General Sanitario are given, which are, from sistematized knowledge of the therapeutic process to the keys for each of it phases, that can be the classification of the silences, resistences, or the reasons why some cases might not appear to better from time to time.
