The purpose of this study is to propose a critical reflection on the debate that arises about the recognition of Social Rights in the legal framework of the 1978 Constitution, as well as its content and scope, through the different protection systems, regulated in the sectoral development laws. Consequently, it is necessary to adopt collective decisions on a framework of profound social changes./n  La inclusión de los colectivos sociales, así como la justificación de sus derechos y su alcance, presenta problemas de indeterminación de su contenido en el texto constitucional español de 1978. El objeto del presente estudio consiste en plantear una reflexión crítica sobre el debate que se plantea acerca del reconocimiento de los derechos sociales en el marco jurídico de la Constitución de 1978, así como su contenido y alcance, a través de los diferentes sistemas de protección, regulados en las leyes sectoriales de desarrollo.
