[ES] El presente Trabajo de Fin de Máster nos muestra las experiencias de los
progenitores en lo relacionado a los casos de nulidad, separación y divorcio que traen
consigo una custodia compartida, para lo cual nos planteamos una serie de objetivos
específicos que se enmarcan dentro del objetivo general: analizar la experiencias
marentales y parentales desde una perspectiva de género.
Para el análisis de estas experiencias, realizamos una serie de entrevistas que, a
través de la selección de una muestra y siguiendo una metodología cualitativa,
obtenemos unos resultados que responden los temas que se han establecido para realizar
el análisis temático de los resultados, que giran en torno a las experiencias de los
progenitores con custodia compartida y la equidad que se llega a adquirir con este tipo
de régimen, observando sobre quien recae el cuidado de los hijos e hijas, así como los
posibles cambios que se pueden dar en la sentencia, y si éstos vienen dados por la falta
de responsabilidad por parte del varón.
Todos los resultados obtenidos nos llevan a elaborar las conclusiones finales,
donde observamos la gran importancia que tiene la perspectiva de género, un marco que
se ha visto acentuado dentro de la situación vivida en el transcurso del último año, con
la pandemia acontecida alrededor de todo el mundo por el virus COVID-19, y como
todo esto ha servido para darnos cuenta de quien realiza el cuidado y las tareas que
compete el mismo en los hijos e hijas.
[EN] This Master's thesis shows us the experiences of parents in relation to cases of
annulment, separation and divorce that bring with them a shared custody, for which we
set out a series of specific objectives that are framed within the general objective: to
analyze the marental and parental experiences from a gender perspective.
For the analysis of these experiences, we conducted a series of interviews that,
through the selection of a sample and following a qualitative methodology, we obtained
results that respond to the themes that have been established for the thematic analysis of
the results, which revolve around the experiences of parents with shared custody and the
equity that is acquired with this type of regime, observing on whom the care of the
children falls, as well as the possible changes that may occur in the sentence, and if
these are given by the lack of responsibility on the part of the male.
All the results obtained lead us to draw the final conclusions, where we observe
the great importance of the gender perspective, a framework that has been accentuated
in the situation experienced in the course of the last year, with the pandemic occurred
around the world by the virus COVID-19, and how all this has served to realize who
performs the care and the tasks involved in the same in the sons and daughters.
