Formación, actitudes y práctica del profesorado respecto a la educación sexual en el alumnado con discapacidad intelectual Martín Zarza, Elena Vicario Molina, Isabel Educación sexual Discapacidad intelectual Sexualidad Formación docente Actitudes del profesorado Práctica docente Sexual education Intellectual disabilities Sexuality [ES] Este trabajo tiene como objetivo analizar las actitudes, formación y práctica de un conjunto de maestros y maestras1; respecto a la educación sexual en el alumnado con discapacidad intelectual2. Para conseguirlo, se ha llevado a cabo un estudio de enfoque cuantitativo y de corte transversal, para el cual se ha diseñado y distribuido entre el profesorado un cuestionario online. Este cuenta con 34 preguntas cuyo objetivo es recopilar información de la muestra sobre las siguientes variables: características sociodemográficas, experiencia formativa, impartición formal y actitudes en el contexto escolar hacia la educación sexual; y observaciones durante la jornada escolar. Para poder obtener y analizar los resultados de este instrumento estandarizado es imprescindible que exista una muestra, en este caso han sido 72 profesores y profesoras1, en activo o jubilados, de Educación Infantil y/o Primaria. El análisis de los resultados revela que las actitudes de la muestra hacia la educación sexual son positivas. Sin embargo, el 73.2% de los participantes no ha recibido formación en educación sexual a nivel general, y el 91.3% no tiene experiencia formativa en esta materia en alumnos/as con DI. Además, únicamente el 18.2% reconoce impartir, de manera programada, esta materia en el aula. A su vez, no se han detectado diferencias estadísticamente significativas en las actitudes mostradas hacia la educación sexual en el alumnado con DI entre los maestros de Pedagogía Terapéutica y los que no han realizado esta especialización; ni tampoco entre los profesores que sí tienen formación en educación sexual y los que no. Asimismo, el 38.1% de los participantes afirma haber observado conductas sexuales en el alumnado con DI durante la jornada escolar. Los resultados obtenidos subrayan la urgente necesidad de mejorar la formación docente en educación sexual, así como, la de implementar la impartición de esta materia en los centros educativos. [EN] The aim of this study is to analyse the attitudes, training and practice of a group of teachers1 regarding sex education for students with intellectual disabilities2. To achieve this, a quantitative, cross-sectional study was carried out, for which an online questionnaire was designed and distributed among teachers. This has 34 questions whose aim is to collect information from the sample on the following variables: socio-demographic characteristics, training experience, formal teaching and attitudes in the school context towards sexuality education; and observations during the school day. In order to obtain and analyse the results of this standardised instrument, it is essential that there is a sample, in this case 72 teachers1, active or retired, of Pre-school and/or Primary Education. Analysis of the results reveals that the sample's attitudes towards sexuality education are positive. However, 73.2% of the participants have not received any training in sex education in general, and 91.3% have no experience in sex education for students with ID. Furthermore, only 18.2% acknowledged that this subject is taught in the classroom on a scheduled basis. In turn, no statistically significant differences were detected in the attitudes shown towards sex education for students with ID among teachers of therapeutic pedagogy and those who have not taken this specialisation; nor between teachers who do have training in sex education and those who do not. Likewise, 38.1% of the participants stated that they had observed sexual behaviour in students with ID during the school day.
