<dcterms:abstract>[EN]The purpose of this work is to characterize the chaotic phase of a interacting-bosonic system ruled by the&#xd;
Bose-Hubbard Hamiltonian under the presence of an external static field. This system has particular experimental&#xd;
relevance and is routinely implemented with ultracold atoms in optical lattices. The existence of a chaotic phase&#xd;
can be modified with the intensity of the external field, giving rise to changes in the dynamical response of the&#xd;
system and, particularly, to the decay of Bloch oscillations. The study of the chaotic phase will be based on the&#xd;
analysis of the statistical properties of the energy spectrum and the eigenstates of the system in comparison with&#xd;
random matrix theory, by mainly making use of numerical techniques.</dcterms:abstract>
<dcterms:abstract>[ES]El objetivo del trabajo es caracterizar la fase caótica de un sistema de bosones con interacción descrito por el Hamiltoniano de Bose-Hubbard&#xd;
en presencia de un campo externo estático. Este sistema tiene relevancia experimental y es implementado rutinariamente con átomos ultrafríos&#xd;
en redes ópticas. La existencia de la fase caótica del Hamiltoniano puede ser modificada por la intensidad del campo externo, produciendo un&#xd;
cambio en la respuesta dinámica del sistema, y en particular en el decaimiento de las oscilaciones de Bloch. El estudio de la fase caótica estará&#xd;
basado en el análisis de las propiedades estadísticas del espectro energético y de los autoestados del sistema en comparación con la teoría de&#xd;
matrices aleatorias, utilizando principalmente técnicas numéricas.</dcterms:abstract>
