Quaestio e multae petitio nella Lex Ursonensis Venturini, Carlo Pedagogía Education RESUMEN: Verificando la correspondencia existente entre el cap. 102 de la lex Ursonensis y las reglas procesuales introducidas por la lex Pompeia del año 52 a.C. (Ascon. 36 Stangl = 39 Clark), el A. toma en consideración el iudicium mencionado en el cap. 95 y, haciendo referencia a una perspectiva cronológica, presenta una hipótesis nueva acerca de la relación entre quaestio y multae petitio. ABSTRACT: Looking at the concordances between the lex Ursonensis (cap. 102) and the procedure settled by the lex Pompeia of 52 B.C.
