<dc:description>[ES] Esta tesis se plantea definir una enzima con unas características mucho mejores que las de la peroxidasa de rábano picante, capaz de sustituirla en la mayor parte de sus aplicaciones biotecnológicas. Una enzima más estable permitiría realizar los procesos más eficazmente y en mejores condiciones de pH y temperatura, lo que sería rentable y, además, beneficioso para el Medio Ambiente.</dc:description>
<dc:description>[EN] This thesis to define an enzyme with characteristics far superior to those of horseradish peroxidase, capable of replacing the bulk of their biotechnological applications. A more stable enzyme would allow for more efficient processes and better conditions of pH and temperature, which would be profitable and also benefit the environment.</dc:description>
