[ES] En esta tesis se quiere dilucidar el papel ejercido por la proteina DCX, implicada en el proceso de migración celular que tiene lugar durante la corticogénesis, en los mecanismos de migración y diferenciación que tienen lugar durante el desarrollo postnatal del sistema olfatorio, para conocer si existen diferencias entre los procesos neurogenénicos en el SNC adulto frente a los que tienen lugar durante el desarrollo embrionario.
[EN] In this thesis is to elucidate the role played by the DCX protein, involved in the process of cell migration that occurs during the corticogénesis, in the mechanisms of migration and differentiation that occur during postnatal development of the olfactory system, to see if there neurogenénicos differences between processes in the adult CNS compared to those taking place during embryonic development.
