[ES]En este trabajo se analizará la función Gamma y se llevará a cabo un estudio detallado de la distribución de la variable continua del mismo nombre y sus propiedades. Posteriormente mediante técnicas de estimación puntual, utilizando el Método de los Momentos y el Método de la Máxima Verosimilitud se estimarán los parámetros poblacionales.
[EN] This paper will discuss the Gamma function and carry out a detailed study of the distribution of the continuous variable of the same name and properties. Subsequently using point estimate techniques, using the Method of Moments and Method of Maximum Likelihood is an estimate of the population parameters.
