Salida de campo por el camino de Valdecarros, en Fuensaldaña (Valladolid), el 15 de junio de 1952, de la que se anotaron observaciones sobre las siguientes aves: Anthus campestris (Bisbita campestre), Aquila chrysaetos (Águila real, llamada ocasionalmente Águila liebrera por el autor), Apus sp. (Vencejo), Athene noctua (Mochuelo europeo), Burhinus oedicnemus (Alcaraván común), Calandrella sp. (Terrera), Caprimulgus ruficollis (Chotacabras cuellirojo), Carduelis cannabina (Pardillo común, llamada Acanthis cannabina por el autor), Clamator glandarius (Críalo europeo), Coracias garrulus (Carraca europea), Corvus monedula (Grajilla, llamada Coloeus por el autor), Coturnix coturnix (Codorniz común), Falco tinnunculus (Cernícalo vulgar), Galerida cristata (Cogujada común), Galerida malabarica (Cogujada malabar), Hirundo sp. (Golondrina), Luscinia sp. (Ruiseñor), Oenanthe oenanthe (Collalba gris), Melanocorypha calandra (Calandria), Merops apiaster (Abejaruco europeo), Miliaria calandra (Triguero, llamada Emberiza calandra por el autor), Motacilla flava (Lavandera boyera), Pica pica (Urraca, llamada "marica" por el autor), Picus viridis (Pito real), Serinus serinus (Verdecillo), Sturnus sp. (Estornino) y Upupa epops (Abubilla). Se incluye un pequeño dibujo a bolígrafo.
Field trip along the path to Valdecarros, in Fuensaldaña (Valladolid), the 15th of June of 1952, of which there were noted observations about the following birds: Anthus campestris (Tawny Pipit), Aquila chrysaetos (Golden Eagle), Apus sp. (Common Swift), Athene noctua (Little Owl), Burhinus oedicnemus (Eurasian Thick-Knee), Calandrella sp. (Lark), Caprimulgus ruficollis (Red-necked Nightjar), Carduelis cannabina (Eurasian Linnet, refered as Acanthis cannabina by the author), Clamator glandarius (Great Spotted Cuckoo), Coracias garrulus (European Roller), Corvus monedula (Eurasian Jackdaw, refered as Coloeus by the author), Coturnix coturnix (Common Quail), Falco tinnunculus (Common Kestrel), Galerida cristata (Crested Lark), Galerida malabarica (Malabar Lark), Hirundo sp. (Swallow), Luscinia sp. (Nightingale), Melanocorypha calandra (Calandria Lark), Merops apiaster (European Bee-eater), Miliaria calandra (Corn Bunting, refered as Emberiza calandra by the author), Motacilla flava (Yellow Wagtail), Oenanthe oenanthe (Northern Wheatear), Pica pica (Black-billed Magpie), Picus viridis (Eurasian Green Woodpecker), Serinus serinus (European Serin), Sturnus sp. (Starling) and Upupa epops (Eurasia Hoopoe). A little pen illustration is also included.
