[EN] In order to show the scientific interest of the theme of the doctoral thesis, I will refer briefly to the status questionis. No bibliographic indexes missing on the subject corporations to collect and study the traditional literature in its various manifestations Avila (ballads, songs, taught topics, etc..). I will cite as essential reference works two compilations: the Song Abulense, Testillano Teresa Cortes, and oral literature tradition in Avila, Eduardo Robledo Tejero (first, articulated from the perspective of musicology, and the second, with an essentially literary). I have found in a thorough consultation ethnographic materials of these repertoires, that the regions of Avila romancística and lyrical representation most abundant are the region of Central and the Sierra, while the northern third of the province of Ávila (The Morana) has a pretty meager representation in these songbooks. Therefore, the originality of the theme chosen is that it is a detailed research of the cultural wealth of La Morana literature including both traditional and superstitious beliefs and customs of the area. The anthropological study is intrinsically linked to the analysis of oral literature. The main justification of the doctoral thesis topic is the retrieval and analysis of folklore of a region of the province of Ávila, not always well known, to take the place it deserves within ethnography studies Avila
