[ES] Esta tesis tiene los siguientes objetivos: 1. Estudiar si las propiedades de la nueva proteína como un inductor de la autofagia representan un fenómeno general.
2. Explorar la localización subcelular de la proteína endógena.
3. Saber qué parte de la nueva proteína es responsable de la inducción de la autofagia e investigar si este dominio es también suficiente para la inducción de la autofagia.
4. Estudiar la participación de mediadores centrales de la vía macroautofagia convencionales en el proceso de autofagia.
[EN] This thesis has among its objectives: 1. Study whether the properties of the novel protein as an autophagy inducer represent a general phenomenon.
2. Explore the subcellular location of the endogenous protein.
3. Find out which part of the novel protein is responsible for autophagy induction and investigate whether this domain is also sufficient for autophagy induction.
4. Study the involvement of central mediators of the conventional macroautophagy pathway in the autophagic process.
