[ES] Esta tesis trata sobre el efecto de la cocaína sobre el desarrollo y regulación del sistema dopaminérgico en embriones de pez cebra. La hipótesis que se plantea es “La cocaína afecta el desarrollo del sistema dopaminérgico, alterando la expresión de los factores de transcripción, así como de sus moduladores (miR-133b y proteína Nodal), en diferentes estadios de desarrollo embrionario del pez cebra”, y su objetivo principal es estudiar el efecto de la cocaína sobre la expresión de los factores de transcripción, así como de sus moduladores (miR-133b y proteína Nodal), relacionados al desarrollo del sistema dopaminérgico en diferentes estadios de desarrollo embrionario del pez cebra.
[EN] This thesis is about the effect of cocaine on the development and regulation of the dopaminergic system in zebrafish embryos. The hypothesis that arises is "Cocaine affects the development of the dopaminergic system, altering the expression of transcription factors and their modulators (miR-133b and Nodal protein) in different stages of embryonic development of zebrafish" and its main objective is to study the effect of cocaine on the expression of transcription factors and their modulators (miR-133b and Nodal protein) related to the development of the dopaminergic system in different stages of embryonic development of zebrafish.
