<summary type="text">[EN]Quantum dynamics of collisional cooling of the BN− anion in a cold trap is carried out by using the ortho- and para-H2&#13;
molecules as a buffer gas. The calculations are performed using the full four-dimensional interaction potential energy&#13;
surface in which both BN− and H2 are treated as vibrationless rigid rotors, computed from ab initio methods and further&#13;
accurately fitted using an artificial neural network approach. Relevant state-to-state rotationally inelastic cross sections&#13;
are computed from quantum methods and the ensuing inelastic rate coefficients for the temperatures of interest are&#13;
obtained. The latter are employed within a modeling of the cooling process at a variety of trap conditions. The results&#13;
are discussed in the context of earlier data obtained using the rare gases He and Ar as buffer gases in the same trap. The&#13;
effects of having either para- or ortho-H2 as collision partner are analysed.

<title>Sentinel-2 Wildfire Risk Classification Dataset for the Iberian Peninsula [Dataset]</title>

<summary type="text">[EN]This dataset was developed to support the development, training and evaluation of artificial intelligence and machine learning models for wildfire risk prediction in the Iberian Peninsula.&#13;
&#13;
The dataset integrates satellite observations from Sentinel-2 with meteorological information from ERA5 and fire-weather indicators derived from the Fire Weather Index (FWI) system. Data were collected for the period from 16 July 2024 to 31 August 2024, with observations obtained approximately at midday following the temporal criteria established by the Spanish State Meteorological Agency (AEMET).&#13;
&#13;
Sentinel-2 data include ten spectral bands (B2, B3, B4, B5, B6, B7, B8, B8A, B11 and B12).&#13;
&#13;
ERA5 meteorological information includes 2-metre temperature, 2-metre dewpoint temperature, the U and V components of 10-metre wind, and total precipitation. These variables were used to calculate the components of the Fire Weather Index using the FWIfunctions library (version 0.1.10), including Fine Fuel Moisture Code (FFMC), Duff Moisture Code (DMC), Drought Code (DC), Initial Spread Index (ISI), Buildup Index (BUI), and the resulting Fire Weather Index (FWI).&#13;
&#13;
The continuous FWI values were subsequently classified into five wildfire-risk categories: low, medium, high, very high and extreme. The class thresholds were established using the 40th, 65th, 85th and 95th percentiles of the FWI distribution, respectively.&#13;
&#13;
A common spatial grid with a resolution of 0.1° × 0.1° was used to harmonize Sentinel-2 and ERA5 information. The study area was defined using the bounding box [44, -10, 36, 4]. Each record represents a spatiotemporal observation linking satellite-derived information with meteorological and FWI-derived wildfire-risk information for a given location and date.

<title>Experimental data supporting "Trichoderma controls bacterial blight caused by Xanthomonas axonopodis pv. passiflorae in Passiflora edulis" [Dataset]</title>

<summary type="text">[EN]Several Trichoderma species are recognized as biocontrol agents that can enhance plant defenses against a wide range of biotic and abiotic stresses. However, few studies have investigated Trichoderma activity against bacterial pathogens, and the Xanthomonas axonopodis pv. passiflorae (Xap)-Passiflora edulis pathosystem remains largely unexplored. Here, we analyzed the effects of cell-free filtrates from Trichoderma cultures on the growth of Xap. We also investigated the potential of T. asperellum T25 and T. harzianum T146, when applied to the plant growth substrate, to control bacterial blight caused by Xap in P. edulis, as well as the mechanisms underlying systemic defense responses in the host plant. In the absence of the pathogen, strain T25 promoted the growth of P. edulis plants. Fifty-day-old plants grown in substrate treated or untreated with a Trichoderma strain were inoculated or not with Xap, and changes in the expression of marker genes representative of jasmonic acid (JA) biosynthesis (LOX2), salicylic acid (SA)-dependent (PR1), and ethylene (ET)-dependent (PDF1.2) defense pathways were analyzed at 48 h post-inoculation (hpi) and 14 days post-inoculation (dpi). At 14 dpi, H₂O₂ content and the activities of three antioxidant enzymes -superoxide dismutase, peroxidase, and catalase- were also evaluated. Both Trichoderma strains controlled disease symptoms with similar efficacy. However, at the early stage of the P. edulis-Xap interaction, differential expression of SA- and JA-related genes was detected between T25-pretreated and T146-pretreated plants. Furthermore, at the later stage of the interaction (14 dpi), pretreatment with strain T146 increased ROS levels (measured as H₂O₂ content) in response to Xap, whereas the lowest oxidative levels were observed in plants inoculated with the pathogen alone. Our results demonstrate that T. asperellum and T. harzianum effectively control bacterial blight caused by a virulent Xap strain in P. edulis. This dataset contains the raw and processed laboratory data (comprising 6 excel files) corresponding to the experimental assays described in the study.

<summary type="text">[EN]This dataset contains raw spectral flow cytometry files (FCS format) generated in a mouse immunization and challenge study evaluating an mRNA–solid lipid nanoparticle (mRNA-SLN) vaccine candidate encoding three MHC class II T-cell epitopes from Fasciola hepatica fused to eGFP (eGFP-Fh3Tq). BALB/c mice (n = 33) were allocated into four experimental groups: Untreated (n = 9), Infection control (n = 6), eGFP (n = 9), and eGFP-Fh3Tq (n = 9). Groups eGFP and eGFP-Fh3Tq received a prime–boost immunization regimen (21 days apart) with the corresponding mRNA-SLN formulation. Peripheral blood was collected from three groups (Untreated, eGFP, and eGFP-Fh3Tq) at day 1 post-vaccination (innate panel) and day 42 post-vaccination (adaptive panel); the Infection control group was not differentiated from the Untreated group at these time points and was therefore not sampled separately. For blood panels, samples from two mice were pooled and barcoded with anti-CD45 conjugated to either PerCP or BUV496 before acquisition, yielding three FCS files per group (6 mice/group). At day 42, spleens from three mice per group (Untreated, eGFP, eGFP-Fh3Tq) were harvested for intracellular cytokine staining (ICS) after ex vivo restimulation with the synthetic peptides T14, T15, and T16, PMA/ionomycin (positive control), or left unstimulated (negative control). For ICS, individual splenocyte samples from different conditions were barcoded with anti-CD45 and combined in pairs within each acquisition tube. Where sufficient cells were available, stimulation conditions were performed in duplicate. Remaining mice were orally challenged with 7 F. hepatica metacercariae for survival and protection assessment. All samples were acquired on a Cytek Aurora 5L spectral flow cytometer equipped with five lasers (355, 405, 488, 561, 640 nm).
