La inmortalidad del alma, según Don Miguel de Unamuno

Abstract

[ES] En el artículo se repasan las opiniones de Miguel de Unamuno sobre la inmortalidad del alma. Para él la creencia en esa inmortalidad es necesaria, y va ligada a la creencia en Dios. Los cristianos creen en la resurrección de Cristo por lo tanto tienen que creer en la resurrección del alma humana. En cambio opina que desde un punto de vista racional no es explicable, la razón es incapaz de probar la inmortalidad del alma. No hay posibilidad de acuerdo entre la fe y la razón, hay que aceptar este conflicto y ver la posibilidad de hallar consuelo dentro de la misma lucha.

[EN] The article reviews the views of Miguel de Unamuno on the immortality of the soul. For him the belief in immortality that is necessary, and is linked to belief in God. Christians believe in the resurrection of Christ therefore have to believe in the resurrection of the human soul. On the other hand believes that from a rational point of view is not explainable, the reason is unable to prove the immortality of the soul. There is no possibility of agreement between faith and reason, we must accept this conflict and see the possibility of finding solace in the same struggle.
