La jácara en el siglo XVII : literatura y música entre las fuentes escritas y la tradición oral

Abstract

[ES]El trabajo examina el origen y la etimología del concepto de “jácara”. Tras reseñar los distintos significados, estudia la estructura de su esquema musical durante los siglos XVII y XVIII. Para ello analiza las fuentes musicales y literarias de la época.

[EN]The paper reviews the origin and etymology of the concept of "jácara". After outlining the different meanings, it studies the structure of its musical pattern during the seventeenth and eighteenth centuries. In order to achieve it, the work analyzes the musical and literary sources of that times.
