Desarrollo constructivo de restauración del cortijo "La Tita"

Abstract

[ES] Se realiza un desarrollo constructivo de la restauración del Cortijo “La Tita”. Este conjunto edificatorio, en estado de ruina y abandono, está situado en la finca “El Madroñal”, que pertenece al municipio sevillano de La Puebla de Cazalla. El trabajo consistirá en el estudio del estado actual del conjunto, con análisis de las patologías, y una propuesta de intervención, con la que se pretende devolver al estado original las partes salvables de este conjunto, conservando los elementos característicos de la arquitectura agraria de esta zona, y sustituyendo las partes más afectadas por elementos que respeten la tradición constructiva de los cortijos tradicionales andaluces, siempre que sea posible.

[EN] A constructive development of the restoration of the “La Tita” Cortijo is carried out. This set building, in a state of ruin and abandonment, is located on the “El Madroñal” estate, which belongs to the Sevillian municipality of La Puebla de Cazalla. The work will consist of the study of the current state of the complex, with analysis of the pathologies, and a proposal for intervention, which aims to return the parts to their original state salvageable parts of this complex, preserving the characteristic elements of agricultural architecture of this area, and replacing the most affected parts with elements that respect tradition construction of traditional Andalusian farmhouses, whenever possible.
