Comparativa entre los sistemas educativos español y suizo en la primera infancia a través del análisis de sus itinerarios curriculares

Abstract

[ES] Comparativa de los sistemas educativos suizo y español poniendo el foco en la educación de la primera infancia. A través de un análisis cualitativo se revisan ambos itinerarios curriculares para identificar buenas prácticas transferibles. Suiza, estado federal donde los cantones tienen las competencias educativas, suscribe acuerdos de armonización entre ellos para la unificación curricular como el Acuerdo de HarmoS del cual surgió el Lehrplan21. Destaca, a su vez, por ocupar los primeros puestos en el informe PISA. Este escenario difiere sensiblemente del que encontramos en España, un estado unitario descentralizado donde la educación se regula por Ley Orgánica (en vigor la L.O. 3/2020, de 29 de diciembre), la cual contempla los aspectos básicos del currículo que, posteriormente, desarrollan las Comunidades Autónomas. El objetivo, además de analizar y comparar ambos sistemas, será profundizar en los elementos curriculares helvéticos y considerar su aplicación en el contexto español con la pretensión de mejorar la educación infantil en España mediante la adopción de prácticas suizas exitosas.

[EN] Comparison of the Swiss and Spanish education systems with a focus on early childhood education. Through a qualitative analysis, both curricular itineraries are reviewed in order to identify transferable good practices. Switzerland, a federal state where the cantons have educational competences, subscribes harmonisation agreements between them for curriculum unification, such as the HarmoS Agreement, from which the Lehrplan21 arose. It is also notable for being at the top of the PISA report. This scenario differs significantly from the one found in Spain, a decentralised unitary state where education is regulated by Organic Law (currently in force, O.L. 3/2020, of 29 December), which contemplates the basic aspects of the curriculum that are subsequently developed by the Autonomous Communities. The aim, in addition to analysing and comparing both systems, will be to study in depth the Swiss curricular elements and to consider their application in the Spanish context with the goal of improving early childhood education in Spain by adopting successful Swiss practices
