<p class="Pa26" style="text-align: justify; page-break-before: always; margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;"><span style="font-family: Garamond;"><span style="color: #221e1f; font-size: 9pt; mso-bidi-font-family: Garamond; mso-ansi-language: EN-GB;" lang="EN-GB">A study has been presented on the evolution of pathogenic and non pathogenic spores inside a potato store on Xinzo de Limia (Northwest of Spain). </span><span style="color: black; font-size: 9pt; mso-bidi-font-family: Garamond; mso-ansi-language: EN-GB;" lang="EN-GB">T</span><span style="color: #221e1f; font-size: 9pt; mso-bidi-font-family: Garamond; mso-ansi-language: EN-GB;" lang="EN-GB">he sampling was done four occassions between the years 2002-2006 using a Lanzoni VPPS 2000 Hirst volumetric sampler type Hirst, located in the high part of the store on boxes of tubers. The analyzed spores belong to the morphologic types <em>Penicillium-Aspergillus</em> sp., <em>Cladosporium</em> sp., Basidiospores, <em>Fusarium</em> sp., <em>Alternaria</em> sp., <em>Helminthosporium</em> sp. and some <em>Phytophthora infestans</em> of which they are responsible for diseases in tubers, resulting in important economic losses. </span><span style="color: black; font-size: 9pt; mso-bidi-font-family: Garamond; mso-ansi-language: EN-GB;" lang="EN-GB">T</span><span style="color: #221e1f; font-size: 9pt; mso-bidi-font-family: Garamond; mso-ansi-language: EN-GB;" lang="EN-GB">he information demonstrates that <em>Fusarium</em> sp. stands out as the principal pathogenic followed by <em>Alternaria</em> sp. and <em>Phytophthora infestans</em>. The annual and interannual variation demonstrates that of the four years studied, the occassion with the major number of total spores was 2002/2003 with 636,554 spores with a maximum daily concentration of 9,001 spores/m</span><span style="color: #221e1f;"><span class="A2"><span style="font-size: 5pt; mso-ansi-language: EN-GB;" lang="EN-GB">3</span></span><span style="color: #221e1f; font-size: 9pt; mso-bidi-font-family: Garamond; mso-ansi-language: EN-GB;" lang="EN-GB">. A study has been made about the influence of the environmental conditions on the development of the different conidial types in tubers. Temperatures and high dampness favour the development of fungi and determine the later proliferation of spores.</span></span></span> <p class="Pa26" style="text-align: justify; margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;"><span style="font-family: Garamond;"><span style="color: #221e1f; font-size: 9pt; mso-bidi-font-family: Garamond;">Se presenta un estudio sobre la evolución de esporas patógenas y no patógenas en el interior de un almacén de patata en Xinzo de Limia (Noroeste de España). El muestreo se ha realizado durante cuatro campañas entre los años 2002-2006 utilizando un captador volumétrico tipo Hirst, modelo Lanzoni VPPS 2000, ubicado en una zona elevada del almacén sobre las cajas de los tubérculos. Las esporas analizadas, entre otras, pertenecen a los tipos morfológicos <em>Penicillium-Aspergillus </em>sp<em>.</em>,<em> Cladosporium </em>sp<em>.</em>, Basidiosporas,<em> Fusarium </em>sp<em>.</em>, <em>Alternaria </em>sp<em>.</em>, <em>Helminthosporium </em>sp<em>.</em> y <em>Phythopthora infestans</em>,<em> </em>algunas de las cuales son causantes de enfermedades en los tubérculos e importantes pérdidas económicas. Los datos demuestran que <em>Fusarium </em>sp<em>.</em> destaca como el principal patógeno seguido de <em>Alternaria</em> sp. y <em>Phythopthora infestans</em>. La variación anual e interanual demuestra que de los cuatro años estudiados, la campaña con mayor número de esporas totales ha sido la 2002/2003 con 636.554 esporas con una concentración máxima diaria de 9.001 esporas/m</span><span style="color: #221e1f;"><span class="A2"><span style="font-size: 5pt;">3</span></span><span style="color: #221e1f; font-size: 9pt; mso-bidi-font-family: Garamond;">. Se ha estudiado la influencia de las condiciones ambientales que rodean a los tubérculos sobre el desarrollo de los diferentes tipos conidiales. </span></span><span style="color: black; font-size: 9pt; mso-bidi-font-family: Garamond;">T</span><span style="color: #221e1f; font-size: 9pt; mso-bidi-font-family: Garamond;">emperaturas y humedades elevadas favorecen el desarrollo de los hongos y condicionan la posterior proliferación de las esporas.</span></span>
