[EN] This thesis aims to analyze how the Internet has emerged as a new means of communication essential, both in the production and distribution of content for many new Brazilian writers use their literary blogs as support outreach and how these authors consider that their rights should be treated by the author in this new publication context of cyberspace. The research raises the discussion on the role of literary creator today, the concept of intellectual property in the digital environment and the concept of free culture, coined by Lawrence Lessig. Methodologically, there are two empirical studies: the first one is a quantitative content analysis, in which 230 were selected Brazilian literary blogs unpublished content, and in which we have addressed two main questions: What is the profile of the blog literature and how it becomes a field of hypertext links? At the same time, we have made in this analysis a snapshot on the use and assimilation of new copyright and copyleft culture in this type of digital media. The second study is based on the application of a survey on-line literary bloggers, administered via Internet between May and September 2010. The objectives of this study were to know the motivations of literary authors in maintaining and disseminate their creations through a blog and understand whether their aspirations have been successfully achieved through the continued use and maintenance of this tool. The second objective is to investigate the perception of the authors of blogs on the concept of copyleft, ie about new copyright in the Network and Internet capabilities now offered as a privileged space for the publication of new literary productions
