Resumen
[ES]La disfunción sexual(DS) asociada al uso de antidepresivos es un efecto secundario frecuente y subestimado por los clínicos. Los antidepresivos más frecuentemente relacionados con estos efectos secundarios son los ISRS, tricíclicos y duales. Estos efectos adversos afectan seriamente a la calidad de vida del paciente y de su pareja, relacionándose en gran medida con incumplimiento terapéutico.
Estimar la prevalencia e intensidad de la disfunción sexual asociada al uso de diferentes antidepresivos en condiciones de práctica clínica habitual, mediante el cuestionario específico validado SALSEX. Comparar la frecuencia de DS entre los distintos grupos de antidepresivos (ISRS, duales, tricíclicos y no serotoninérgicos). Determinar la frecuencia de comunicaciones espontáneas y el riesgo de abandono del tratamiento asociados a DS. Obtener información epidemiológica sobre la decisión terapéutica que toma el clínico tras la detección de DS en la práctica clínica habitual.
