Resumen
[ES]El presente estudio analiza las relaciones de influencia entre expectativas y atribución causal de familiares y docentes sobre las dificultades de aprendizaje en lectura (DL), y el rendimiento y progreso obtenidos por estudiantes con y sin dificultades en este ámbito. En el estudio participaron 19 docentes y 79 familias con hijos escolarizados entre tercero y sexto de educación primaria, todos procedentes de 3 centros escolares de Salamanca (España). Del total de familias, 37 tenían hijos que presentaban DL. El análisis de las expectativas, ideas y atribuciones causales, se realizó a través de dos cuestionarios que familiares y docentes debían cumplimentar al comenzar y finalizar el curso. Los cuestionarios (de 13 y 16 ítems respectivamente) recogen valoraciones, ideas y actuaciones de familias y maestros en relación a la conceptualización y relevancia de la lectura, así como a sus dificultades de aprendizaje. En los dos casos, se debían marcar aquellas respuestas con las que los sujetos se sintieran más identificados. Los resultados muestran diferencias significativas en la atribución causal del éxito que realizan padres de hijos con y sin dificultades, atribuyendo los primeros el éxito a factores externos como el apoyo recibido o la facilidad de las tareas, y a factores internos como la capacidad, los segundos. Asimismo, los datos reflejan que un bajo nivel de ajuste personal-social se relaciona significativamente con expectativas familiares negativas sobre las posibilidades de aprendizaje de sus hijos. Con relación a los docentes, los datos muestran diferencias significativas en la atribución causal que los docentes realizan para estudiantes con y sin DL, atribuyendo en mayor medida a la falta de capacidad el fracaso en tareas de lectura para el grupo con DL. Por último, la atribución causal del éxito a la capacidad se relacionó con mayores puntuaciones de rendimiento y ajuste personal-social.
