Resumen
[EN] This paper is part of doctoral thesis that aims to propose a model and your posterior application of data mining techniques in a set of students answers collected during a Teacher Evaluation. Therefore, the authors propose an Institutional Teaching Evaluation model that applies, among others, the Sentiment Analysis to identify which teaching practices are positive or negative from the perspective of students from Higher Education Institution. Differently than the current Institutional Evaluation models, that starting from their evaluators’
assumptions, this model allows the answers about best pedagogical practices are discovered by Educational Data Mining, looking to find new categories of analysis in the discourse of these students and contribute to becomes more effective the Teachers Evaluation and promote reflections about teaching practices.
