Resumen
[ES]Con este trabajo pretendo desarrollar algunos de los términos médicos que surgieron en época clásica y que continúan empleándose de manera cotidiana, bien con el mismo significado, bien con uno distinto, explicando su evolución a lo largo de la historia. Pretendo demostrar, así, la influencia que tuvieron los antiguos médicos en el pensamiento y en la ciencia actual. He decidido desarrollar conceptos que demuestran la unión del cuerpo y el alma y que ejemplifican cómo ha cambiado el pensamiento a lo largo de la historia. Por ello, considero la anorexia, la melancolía, la cólera y la histeria interesantes y útiles, no solo para aquellos interesados en la medicina o en la antigüedad, sino también para el conocimiento en general.
