[ES] La creciente prevalencia y las importantes consecuencias negativas del bullying homófobo en la adolescencia hacen evidente la necesidad de programas de prevención dirigidos a abordar este problema. Este trabajo revisa la literatura científica publicada los últimos 10 años sobre programas de prevención del bullying homófobo en el contexto escolar, con el objetivo de identificar qué programas existen, cuáles son sus características y qué beneficios generan en los alumnos y en el clima escolar. Tras realizar búsquedas en distintas bases de datos y analizar los resultados, se incluyeron doce artículos, referidos a políticas anti-bullying, programas de educación dirigidos a alumnos, al personal escolar y a todo el centro, currículum inclusivo, alianzas gay-hetero (GSAs) y relaciones informales con un mentor. Estas prácticas demostraron tener resultados positivos en la reducción del bullying homófobo y la mejora del entorno escolar para los alumnos pertenecientes a minorías sexuales en particular y para todos los alumnos en general. El conocimiento y la aplicación de estas prácticas es fundamental para garantizar el correcto desarrollo biopsicosocial de los alumnos LGBTQ. [EN] The growing prevalence and negative consequences of homophobic bullying in adolescence makes evident the need of prevention programs that address this problem. This work reviews the scientific literature published over the last 10 years about homophobic bullying prevention programs in the school context, with the aim of identify what programs exist, what are their characteristics and what benefits report in the students and in the school climate. After carrying out searches in different databases and analyzing the results, twelve articles were included, referring to anti-bullying policies, education programs aimed to students, school personnel and the whole school, inclusive curriculum, gay-straigth alliances (GSAs) and informal mentoring. These practices demonstrated positive results in reducing homophobic bullying and in improving school environment for students belonging to sexual minorities in particular and for all students in general. The knowledge and application of these practices is fundamental to guarantee the correct biopsychosocial development of LGBTQ students.
