The Videogame Over-use Scale; Cell Phone Over-use Scale (COS); the ICT Use by Children Questionnaire and the ICT Use by Parents Questionnaire were used. The results indicate that there is a percentage of 2,70% of cases with excessive use in both videogames and mobile phones; in other words, despite the greater visibility and preference that the mobile phone has among the adolescent population, the severity of its use is not greater, but equal to that of videogames. On the other hand, a series of qualitative conclusions have been found regarding the devices used, the preferential applications of use, time spent, existence of rules, cognitions about ICT and parental-affiliate duality in various issues related to them
