Resumen
[ES] Si la presencia de la Corona española en América es analizada desde la perspectiva de la historia de la filosofía, se podría sugerir que la música religiosa del Renacimiento favoreció la creación de un espacio intercultural en Hispanoamérica. El objetivo de esta aproximación filosófica, teológica y musicológica es el de ampliar nuestro conocimiento sobre el impacto de España en el Nuevo Mundo e incentivar futuros trabajos de investigación en el campo de las fuentes musicales, la transmisión y recepción del humanismo renacentista español, proponiendo nuevas interpretaciones acerca de la música colonial en Iberoamérica. Queda mucho por investigar en términos de la historia internacional de la recepción y el lugar del patrimonio polifónico euro-indígena en el canon histórico.
