Las mareas negras del cielo: proposte di traduzione del terzo genere

Abstract

Este trabajo tiene como objetivo la invitación a la reflexión sobre los géneros gramaticales del español y del italiano -a través de diferentes propuestas de traducción literaria- y de las personas en ello reflejadas. Entre las mismas se encuentran las personas trans no binarias que, como cualquier persona, tienen derecho a hacer uso de su propia lengua y sentirse representadas en ella. Se ha puesto el foco en la lengua italiana debido a la dificultad que conlleva. Esta dificultad se debe a una flexión gramatical de género y número que ocupa cuatro de las siete vocales del sistema vocálico italiano y la similitud de las otras a las ya mencionadas, y la confusión que implicaría.

This work aims to invite reflection on the grammatical genres of Spanish and Italian -through different literary translation proposals- and the people reflected in it. Among them are non-binary trans people who, like any other person, have the right to use their own language and feel represented in it. The focus has been placed on the Italian language due to the difficulty it entails. This difficulty is due to a grammatical inflection of gender and number that occupies four of the seven vowels of the Italian vowel system and the similarity of the others to those already mentioned, and the confusion that would imply.
