[EN] The rise of women's football in Spain is booming, however, this is not directly related to the consequent acquisition of labour rights by footballers. Moreover, until the Collective Agreement of 2020, they were barely recognized the minimum rights that would allow them to dedicate themselves fully to the professional practice of this discipline. In the following pages there will be an exhibition and an analysis of the principal working conditions that currently exist in Spanish women's football. The main objective of the study will be the Collective Agreement of 2020, which could be reached after the conflict and strike of 2019. This legal text, pioneering in Europe, lays the foundation on which Spanish women's sport must continue working. In this, you can find issues related to a minimum wage, partiality, conciliation after maternity and other similar clauses. However, the entry into force of this legal text is only the beginning and there are still many reforms to be made and new agreements and laws to negotiate. | es_ES |
