¿Por qué no hubo Guerra Civil en Fermoselle?: análisis de la represión durante el conflicto bélico en la villa de Fermoselle, Zamora (1936-1939)

Abstract

[ES] Muchos estudios se han enfocado en el análisis de la guerra en un plano nacional o provincial, pero muy pocos se han centrado en el impacto de esta en pequeñas localidades. Este es el planteamiento de nuestra investigación: conocer cuál fue el impacto que tuvo la contienda en la villa de Fermoselle, Zamora. A lo largo del estudio trataremos de conocer el alcance de la represión vivida en Fermoselle, además de analizar algunos de los casos de mayor relevancia. Por otra parte, abordaremos este concepto de “represión”, y nos detendremos en algunos ejemplos de los expedientes de depuración a los que fueron sometidos ciertos ciudadanos de la villa. Asimismo, para adentrarnos aún más en la época, ilustraremos el análisis realizado y el contexto fermosellano de la Guerra Civil con los testimonios de las fuentes orales entrevistadas. Por último, mediante la investigación de la prensa de la época, ejemplificaremos lo que fue la propaganda del franquismo, materializada en Fermoselle. Por todo ello, el presente trabajo es una investigación microhistórica en torno a la Guerra Civil y las vivencias de la época. Además, es una invitación a conocer una parte de la historia poco conocida -incluso olvidada- de la villa fermosellana que pretende, a su vez, generar interés respecto a este tema entre sus lectores. [EN] The Spanish Civil War was a conflict that affected Spain for almost 3 years. Many studies have focused on the analysis of the war at a national or provincial level, but very few have focused on its impact on small towns. This is the approach of our research: to know what was the impact of the war in the town of Fermoselle, Zamora. Throughout the study we will try to know the extent of the repression experienced in Fermoselle, in addition to Fermoselle, in addition to analyzing some of the most relevant cases. On the other hand, we will approach this concept of "repression", and we will stop in some examples of the depuration files to which certain citizens of the town were subjected. Likewise, in order to go even deeper into the period, we will illustrate the analysis carried out and the Fermosella context of the Civil War with the testimonies of the oral sources interviewed. Finally, by means of the investigation of the press of the time, we will exemplify what was the propaganda of Franco's regime, materialized in Fermoselle. For all these reasons, the present work is a microhistorical research about the Civil War and the experiences of the time. Civil War and the experiences of the time.
