Abstract

[ES] Las TIC son algo muy presente en nuestras vidas diarias y, poco a poco, se van introduciendo también en otros aspectos, como la educación. Es por ello por lo que no debemos incurrir en errores o estereotipos acerca de estas, como considerar a nuestros alumnos expertos en la materia por haber nacido en la época en que lo han hecho. Como docentes, tenemos que formar a nuestros alumnos en el correcto uso de las tecnologías y ayudarles en su desarrollo personal, mostrándoles que el aprendizaje no es solo lo que tiene lugar en el aula. Tenemos que proporcionarles las herramientas necesarias para que lleguen a ser aprendices autónomos, en cuyo proceso nosotros somos guía para ellos y proporcionadores de estrategias y conocimientos que les ayudarán a construir su propio aprendizaje.

ICTs are something very present in our daily lives and, little by little, they are also being introduced into other aspects, such as education. This is why we should not make mistakes or stereotypes about these, such as considering our students experts in the subject because they were born in the era in which they were born. As teachers, we have to train our students in the correct use of technologies and help them in their personal development, showing them that learning is not only what takes place in the classroom. We have to provide them with the necessary tools so that they become autonomous learners, in which process we are a guide for them and providers of strategies and knowledge that will help them build their own learning.
