Resumen
[ES] Se estudia la reforma constitucional en Cádiz a partir del debate historiográfico sobre el significado histórico y la naturaleza de dicha constitución. Se analiza el debate sobre la reforma de la constitución francesa de 1791 y el debate sobre el mismo tema en Cádiz. Se entiende la reforma en Cádiz como el ejercicio de un poder constituido y como instrumento de defensa del orden constitucional
