Peculiaridades del pensamiento humanista en la Escolástica iusnaturalista salmantina. Un informe

Abstract

[ES] Este trabajo de investigación pretende ofrecer una aproximación histórica a la Escolástica del Derecho Natural de Salamanca y a sus principales directrices de pensamiento. El germen y desarrollo de la misma se enmarca en el nuevo orden europeo y nacional del siglo XVI, en el que el fenómeno renacentista en general y la corriente humanista en particular rescatan del pasado la visión clásica del mundo y fomentan la creación del Estado moderno en detrimento de las obsoletas estructuras de la Edad Media. Durante el reinado de los primeros Austrias españoles, sobresalen en esta centuria un conjunto de intelectuales en la capital del Tormes, en donde logra imponerse un estilo de enseñanza propio que será conocido a nivel mundial.

[EN] This investigation work seeks to offer a historical approach to the Scholastic of Natural Right of Salamanca and to its main thought guidelines. The germ and development of the same one is framed in the new European and national order of the XVI century, in the one that the Renaissance phenomenon in general and the humanist current in particular rescues of the past the classic vision of the world and they foment the creation of the modern State in detrimnent of the obsolete structures of the Half Age. During the reign of the first Spanish Austrias, they stand out in this century a group of intellectuals in the capital of the Tormes where is able to be imposed an own teaching style that will be known at world level.
