[EN]This thesis focuses on investigating the acquisition system zinc Aspergillus fumigatus alkaline pH and its relevance in the cremiento and virulence of this fungal pathogen. To this end the objectives that were raised were:
1. To determine whether the pH regulation of the expression of genes related to zinc homeostasis depends on the transcription factor PACC.
2. To analyze the expression of genes and aspf2 zrfC and unravel the transcriptional level to regulate it.
3. Set the function of genes and aspf2 zrfC in the acquisition of zinc in A.
fumigatus in alkaline zinc-limiting.
4. To determine the importance of zrfC gene in the virulence of A. fumigatus in a model
murine invasive pulmonary aspergillosis.
