Resumen
RESUMEN: Con el fin de conocer las características del elipsoide de deformación finita ligado a la segunda fase hercínica, se han estudiado muestras de conglomerados desde áreas epizonales (poco o nada deformadas durante la segunda fase) hasta áreas meso y catazonales intensamente deformadas durante la misma. A efectos comparativos, se han calculado los caminos teóricos de la deformación que seguiría un elipsoide de partida (generado por la Fase 1) al superponerle unos elipsoides de Fase 2 con diferentes valores de k y orientación determinada por evidencias estructurales. El camino de la deformación obtenido con los conglomerados medidos se aproxima al camino teórico calculado para un elipsoide de Fase 2 con un valor de k próximo a 1. Este resultado es coherente con una deformación por cizallamiento simple durante la segunda fase.
