Esfuerzo y eficacia en los sistemas de gestión medioambiental de empresas certificadas ISO 14001

Abstract

[ES] Los objetivos de esta tesis son: Analizar en profundidad los componentes de un Sistema de Gestión Medioambiental (SGMA) certificado para identificar las dimensiones fundamentales que permitan discriminar unos SGMA certificados de otros. Construir las herramientas que permitan medir empíricamente las dimensiones halladas previamente. Identificar y analizar los antecedentes y consecuencias de dichas dimensiones definitorias de un sistema de gestión ambiental certificado.

[EN] The objectives of this thesis are: - Analyze in depth the components of an Environmental Management System (EMS) certified to identify the key dimensions that allow discriminating few other EMS certificates. - Build tools to measure the dimensions previously found empirically. - Identify and analyze the antecedents and consequences of these dimensions defining an environmental management system certificate.
