Colonialismo y educación en Perú. Escuela y evangelización en la sociedad virreinal (S. XVI)

Abstract

[ES] Tesis doctoral que intenta corroborar, a través del proceso investigador, que las acciones de los españoles en el virreinato peruano a lo largo del s. XVI no sólo estuvieron dirigidas a la organización política, social y económica de aquellas tierras, con la finalidad de crear una nueva sociedad a imagen y semejanza de la española, sino que también estuvieron destinadas a la educación de los neófitos, con el objetivo de contribuir a su promoción cultural, espiritual y social.

[EN] Doctoral thesis attempts to corroborate, through the research process, that the actions of the Spanish in the Peruvian viceroyalty over s. XVI were aimed at not only the political, social and economic of those lands, in order to create a new society in the image of the Spanish, but were also aimed at educating the neophytes, with the aim of contributing their cultural promotion, spiritual and social.
